The Exhibition

The Masonic Museum Switzerland, in Bern offers a unique insight into historical and current Freemasonry. Exhibitions from three centuries can be viewed on an exhibition space of over 300m2. The exhibition deals with the origins, symbols, rituals and values of freemasonry.

This 12-minute video tour gives you a virtual insight into the museum.

Freemasonry can hardly be explained or understood in a few minutes.

A visit to our museum and a chat with the Freemasons, who are always available for guided tours and to answer questions, quickly passes by in an hour or two.

FONJALLAZ
Special exhibition

The Masonic Museum Switzerland presents its first special exhibition FONJALLAZ. It is dedicated to the anti-Masonic initiative of the fascist Arthur Fonjallaz and documents the referendum of 28 November 1937.

Our Museum Lounge

The Swiss Masonic Lounge is a unique space that combines modern elegance and historical inspiration over 200 square metres. Originally designed as a museum café, the lounge invites you to linger as well as to work creatively or celebrate. The cosy room with its own kitchen and bar offers the perfect atmosphere to make your event unforgettable – whether before or after a visit to the museum or as an exclusive event location.
